Since you mentioned muslims becoming christians after dreaming of Jesus, what do you think about cases where people convert to Islam after some dreams?
For example I found this study with 8 of this cases (though none of them converted from Christianity, I guess there at least anecdotal cases where this happened) https://www.researchgate.net/publication/333016750_Dreams_and_Religious_Conversions_A_Study_of_Malaysian_Muslim_Converts
Well I don’t think visions in and of themselves can demonstrate anything except with an accompanying sign.
